  • In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to preserve fresh fruits through fermenting processes. The result will be deliciously preserved fruits and beverages that participants can sample and take home.
  • Petra Zinniker will lead this course. She has instructed many seasonal workshops in farm life skills that that include, butchering, sausage making, small-scale dairy processing and food preservation.
