I’m selling a small number of subscriptions to Milwaukee’s first roof-top CSA. If you’re not set for this summer, yet, let me know. I’m hoping for a 35 to 40 week season, and already have 80 heads of lettuce/spinach/arugula planted in the enclosed area. I’m hoping that the first delivery will be in the middle of March, though I’m already harvesting small amounts. Imagine fresh local salads in March. Imagine them in December! HI. My problem with CSAs is that I do not have a car and these programs do not deliver. It is not very easy to carry these boxes on the bus. I would be happy to help out with a group who could work on a delivery service. This may also be helpful others who can not drive, or just do not have access to cars.
