Arts@Large is an innovative program that gives educators tools to connect the arts to academic learning. Arts @ Large was created in 2001 to serve Milwaukee Public Schools students and teachers with a unique design that forges collaborative partnerships with higher education institutions, local and regional artists, and arts organizations, creating a vast cadre of resources that build teachers’ abilities to utilize the arts to enhance learning and increase student art experiences.
